Observation of Clinical Effect of High-quality Nursing Combined with Vilagliptin and Glimepiride in Treatment of Refractory Type 2 Diabetes

2020
To observe the clinical effects of high-quality nursing intervention combined with vigliptin and glimepiride in the treatment of refractory type 2 diabetes. The blood glucose, fasting blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group at two hours after the meal (P 0.05). The SAS scores of the experimental group and the control group after nursing were (45.11 ± 5.03 VS 55.14 ± 6.06 points) and SDS (47.15 ± 4.16 VS 58.34 ± 6.07 points). The scores of the experimental group significantly decreased, and the difference was significant (P 0.05). After nursing, the SF-36 score of the experimental group was compared with the control group (91.03 ± 8.63 vs 85.19 ± 6.02), and the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: High-quality nursing intervention combined with vigliptin and glimepiride in the treatment of patients with refractory type 2 diabetes can effectively control the blood glucose level of the patient, improve the quality of life of the patient, improve the patient's adverse psychology, and achieve satisfactory clinical results. It is worth promoting and applying.
