Экстракт пятилистника кустарникового – перспективный регуляториммунологических реакций организма

The immunomodulating activity of the dry extract from Pentaphylloides fruticosa (L.) O. Schwarz has been established in experiments on the СВА and F1 (СВАxC57Bl/6) mice, Wistar white rats. The extract in experimental-therapeutic dose of 300 mg/kg is capable to decrease suppressive action of cytostatic azathioprine, antibiotic kanamycin and antituberculous preparations on cellular, humoral, macrophagal indices of the immune response. The important role of stimulatingthe expression of T-lymphocytes (CD4) markers, reducing of the production by macrophages of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-8, TNF-α) content and the reduction of anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-4, IL-10) content in the mechanism of immunomodulatory action of Pentaphylloides fruticosa (L.) O. Schwarz dry extract was established.
