SiRNA inhibition and recombinant gene expression vector MAG

2011
The present invention provides an siRNA inhibiting expression of myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG), which is a nucleotide sequence selected from: a nucleotide sequence a) as shown in SEQIDNO.2; or b) is complementary to nuclear SEQIDNO.2 nucleotide sequence. The present invention also provides a method capable of simultaneously suppressing myelin-associated axonal growth inhibitors (NogoA), the recombinant expression vector of MAG and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (Omgp). The present invention is a single chain antibody is a subsequent non-covalent binding specificity tandem siRNA molecules damaged nerve cells to specifically inhibit the expression of NogoA, MAG and OMgp three axons inhibitor, myelin-associated inhibitors which block the shaft inhibition projecting regeneration observed in vivo mouse model and siRNA complexes after spinal cord injury to promote regeneration and repair effects of axons and its mechanism of action study basis.
