Stress Kerja yang Dialami oleh Pekerja Garmen di Kampung Konveksi Pondok Aren Tangerang

Work of stress is defined as a series of reactions that occur when workers are faced with differences between workplace demands and knowledge, skills and talents. Convection workers have a fairly high work target where workers are paid according to the amount of goods produced. The purpose of this study is to determine the stress of work and the dominant stressor can caused work of stress on garment workers in Kampung Konveksi Pondok Aren, Tangerang. This research method used descriptive analytic method with cross sectional research design. Research sample was 137 people, with simple random sampling method, work stress was measured by interview using Survey Diagnostic Stress (SDS) Questionnaire. The result of the work stress employee level as much as 73 people (53,3%) experiencing light work stress, 63 people (46%) have medium stress and 1 person (7%) experience high work stress. The dominant work stress resulting in job stress is the role of 89 people (65%).
