Treatment with therapeutic instrument of hepatic disease,diammonium glyeyrrhizinate injection,and Chinese herbs for 84 cases with chronic hepatitis B

Objective:To observe the curative effects of therapeutic instrument of hepatic disease combined with diammonium glyeyrrhizinate injection (DGI,甘利欣注射液) and Chinese herbs on chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Eightyfour cases with chronic hepatitis B in treatment group were treated with therapeutic instrument of hepatic disease for 30 minutes once a day,DGI +10% glucose 250 ml infused intravenously,and decoction of traditional Chinese medicine take orally once a day for 14 days as a therapeutic course.Two therapeutic courses were used continuously.Another 84 cases as control group were treated with western medicine alone.The following parameters,including clinical symptoms,shrink conditions of liver and spleen,hepatic functions,and HBeAg were observed.Results:The markedly effective rate was 73 8% and total effective rate was 100 0% in treatment group but they were 44 0% and 79 8% respectively in control group.In comparison between two groups the differences were significant (all P 0 01).The rate for HBeAg to transform into negative was 54 8% in treatment group but 22 6% in control group,so that the difference between two groups was significant ( P 0 05).After treatment the serum total bilirubin 〔(16 12±6 41)μmol/L〕 and alanine aminotransferase 〔ALT,(42 10±13 91)U〕 in treatment group and in control group 〔(30 78±10 29)μmol/L and (79 18±19 19)U〕 were significantly decreased (all P 0 05).Conclusions:The curative effects of therapeutic instrument of hepatic disease and DGI combined with Chinese herbs on chronic hepatitis B are obvious in aspects of improving clinical features,hepatic function,and transforming virologic parameters and sudiammonium glyeyrrhizinate injection;integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy
