Распространённость основных факторов сердечно-сосудистого риска в Кемеровской области: результаты многоцентрового эпидемиологического исследования «ЭССЕ-РФ»

Epidemiological monitoring of regional features of prevalence factors of cardiovascular risk (FCVR) and cardiovascular diseases represents primary link in planning of programs of noninfectious diseases and their risk factors prevention. Objective of this research is the analysis of regional features of prevalence of the main FCVR in Kemerovo Region (KR) in comparison with data obtained in the Russian Federation (RF). Research is conducted within the multicenter epidemiological research «Epidemiology of Cardiovascular Diseases and Their Risk Factors in the Russian Federation». When comparing regional and all-Russian data the relative risk and 95% confidential interval were calculated. Results of research testify favorable situation on prevalence of smoking in males in KR, in comparison with the RF. Considering majority of the main FCVR negative tendency is noticed: in KR hypertension (male population), smoking (female population), hypercholesterolemia (male and female population) and obesity (male and female population) prevail. There were no reliable differences in diabetes rate revealed. Further studying of regularities of FCVR prevalence in KR, their contribution to formation of cardiovascular diseases risk factors and prevalence of cardiovascular pathology, influence of regional, social and economic, climatic and geographical and ecological characteristic features on FCVR, analysis of opportunities for prophylactic measures usage for FCVR level decrease are necessary.
