Synthesis and Modification of Aminosulfonic Superplasticizer

An aminosulfonic superplasticizer(ASP) was synthesized,the flowability variation of cement paste with time and water-reduction ration of mortar were tested.The results show that the synthesized aminosulfonic superplasticizer has properties of keeping slump value at long time and of compatibility with cement.When the dosage of ASP is 0.8% of cement,the paste slump is large than 180mm.By using three kinds of modifier,the modified aminosulfonic superplasticizer is developed and it shows higher water-reducing rate with low dosage,which the dosage of ASP is 0.8% of cement,the water-reducing rate is 28%.
