新医改形势下区域卫生资源合理分配

：In the year of 2009, theChinese government started new healthcare reform. It has clearly expressed to enhance theaccessibilty of basic healthcare services, effectively ease residents' financial burden ofmedical treatment, and firmly deal with the problems of"difiiculty in seeing a doctorand high cost of getting medical service". It has also requested the community healthagencies to change the pattern of health services and to take the responsibility for beinga "door-keeper" in residents' health. Under the situation of new healthcarereform, allocation of medcial resources has big problems and they need to be solvedpromptly. Reasonable allocation of local health resources is the only way to deal with theproblems of public health thoroughly. Key words: New healthcare reform;  Health resources;  Allocation
