FACTORES PSICOSOCIALES Y EL DESEMPEÑO EN LAS COOPERATIVAS DEL ECUADOR. SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS AND THEIR INCIDENCE ON WORKER PERFORMANCE AT CREDIT UNIONS IN ECUADOR.

RESUMEN Esta investigacion se llevo a cabo en las cooperativas de ahorro y credito del canton La Mana -Ecuador, y se propone determinar la incidencia de los factores psicosociales adversos en el desempeno de los trabajadores. Se emplea una investigacion descriptiva y correlacional y el metodo analitico sintetico; la poblacion es 87 trabajadores que cumplen labores en las 12 instituciones crediticias. Se muestra que existe una relacion fuerte entre los factores psicosociales y el desempeno de los trabajadores. ABSTRACT This research was carried out in the savings and credit unions of the La Mana municipality in Ecuador. Its objective was to determine the incidence of adverse social and psychological factors in the performance of workers. Descriptive and correlational research and the synthetic analytical method are used. The population is 87 workers from 12 credit institutions. It is shown that there is a strong relationship between social and psychological factors and worker performance.
