Embedded bearing with solid lubricant

2013
The invention relates to an embedded bearing with a solid lubricant, and belongs to the technical field of machinery. The problem that the tensile strength and elongation of an embedded bearing with a solid lubricant in the prior art cannot simultaneously meet requirements is solved. The embedded bearing with the solid lubricant comprises a barrel-shaped substrate made from an alloy material, wherein lubricating holes are formed in the inner and outer walls of the substrate; a solid lubricating material is arranged in the lubricating holes; the alloy material is prepared from the following components by weight: 60 to 66 percent of Cu, 23 to 26 percent of Zn, 5 to 8 percent of Al, 2 to 7 percent of Fe and 1 to 2 percent of Ni. According to the embedded bearing with the solid lubricant, the substrate is made from the alloy material, so that the substrate simultaneously has strong tensile strength and high elongation; in addition, the lubricating holes are formed in the substrate, and the solid lubricating material is filled in the lubricating holes, so that the lubricating performance of the substrate can be improved.
