Foam coke-quenching method
2009
The invention belongs to the technical field of coking, in particular to a foam coke-quenching method. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, dissolving a foam coke-quenching addition agent composed of an anionic surfactant, rare earth salt, amine salt and a stabilizing agent into water to be prepared into a water solution with concentration of 5-20%; 2, putting the high-concentration water solution in the step one into a coke-quenching water pool in a set proportion to enable water in the coke-quenching water pool to become a water solution with concentration of 0.01-0.1%; and 3, pumping the low-concentration water solution in the step two into a sprayer to be sprayed on high-temperature red cokes, stopping spraying till the coke temperature is dropped below 200 DEG, and completing coke quenching. When the water solution with concentration of 0.01-0.1% containing the foam coke-quenching addition agent is used for replacing common water for coke quenching, the surface of the high-temperature red cokes can form a layer of gas film, therefore water does not directly contact with the high-temperature red cokes, physical shock damage and chemical activation damage of the water to the high-temperature red cokes are avoided, the coke quality can be greatly increased, and the emission of harmful dust is reduced.
