Multi-Objective Congestion Dispatch in Active Distribution Network with Flexible Charging/Discharging of Electric Vehicle

2018
Due to the government's strong support, the development scale of electric vehicles has become larger and larger. However, the intensive charging of a large amount of electric vehicles may lead to network congestion. This problem can be solved by giving full play to the flexible charging and discharging characteristics of electric vehicles. Thus in this paper, a multi-objective dispatch model considering the charging cost of electric vehicle groups and the power generation cost of the system is proposed. The coordination of EV group, dispatchable distributed generators and the purchased power from the higher-level power grid can reduce network congestion and improve safety and economy of the power grid operation, as is verified by improved 33-node experimental network.
