Development history and new technology prospect of bogies for heavy-haul electric locomotives in China

This paper reviews the development history of bogies for freight electric locomotives in China,presents the main structure and performance parameters of various bogies,and the newtechnology applied in bogies for"Hexie"serial high power AC drive electric locomotives.The development trend of bogies forheavyhaul electric locomotives is described.
