Farmacovigilância hospitalar: importância do treinamento de profissionais na potencialização de suas ações

The goal was to identify and characterize notifications reactions, adverse events and quality deviations of medicines in private hospitals and train health professionals on pharmacovigilance. Reactions, adverse events and quality deviations drugs followed by training were cataloged. This was proceeded by administering a questionnaire to measure the degree of knowledge about pharmacovigilance. After, were cataloged notifications reactions, adverse events and quality deviations in the three months following the training. An increase of notifications (+ 387.5%) and little understanding of health professionals on pharmacovigilance. We conclude that continuing education initiatives were effective by increasing the number of notifications.
