Factors in Restricting the Transference of Rural Laborers and Countermeasures

Transferring rural laborers is an effective way for Chinese peasants to cast off poverty and to set out on a road to prosperity,but the transference is hindered by many restrictive factors.This paper analyses these factors and puts forward countermeasures.
