[Leptomeningitis carcinomatosa with progressive involvement of the cranial nerves--report of two cases].

: This paper reports two cases of leptomeningitis carcinomatosa with progressive cranial nerves injury as the first clinical sign of disseminated disease. Neurological state, diagnostic procedure and treatment are described.
