Oxiracetam compounding method

An (S)-oxiracetam compounding method includes the following steps: (1), subjecting S-4-amino-3-hydroxybutyrate, as an initial raw material, and alcohol to esterification reaction to obtain an intermediate I; (2), subjecting the intermediate I and halogenated acetate to condensation reaction to obtain an intermediate II; (3), subjecting the intermediate II to ring-closure reaction to obtain an intermediate III; (4), subjecting the intermediate III to ammonolysis reaction to obtain a target product (S)-oxiracetam. The oxiracetam compounding method has the advantages that the (S)-oxiracetam product with the ideal yield of above 20% at least can be obtained through an oxiracetam compounding path, and the new oxiracetam compounding path is developed.
