Raman spectroscopy in Cd1−xFexS: Iron energy levels and spin-flip Raman scattering

Abstract Energy levels resulting from the splittings of the 5 E ground term of the Fe ++ ion in Cd 1−x Fe x S was studied by Raman scattering at T =2 K and B 0 ∞≅0.20eV.
