Pre-Shared Key (PSK) Ciphersuites with NULL Encryption for Transport Layer Security (TLS)

This document specifies authentication-only ciphersuites (with no encryption) for the Pre-Shared Key (PSK) based Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
