[논문] 고대의 상장례와 생사관

There was a strange practice in Goguryeo. Goguryeo people prepared cerements for death ritual as soon as they got married. The present people don't understand this practice. So we have not accounted for that. But I attempt to explain that this practice should be related to the ancient world-view. A wedding ceremony had connection with a death ritual in ancient. So they sang a lament song in a wedding ceremony, on the contrary they played a sexual action and sang a song of wedding and danced in funeral rites. Ancient man considered a close connection between death and life. So they regared that true life was premised on death and death was completed by life. These thought is produced from a view on the solidarity of life. According to this world-view, they practiced a wedding ceremony with preparing things for death and a funeral rite with playing a sexual act.
