The apparatus comprises an obtaining module used for obtaining the pressing information of a terminal screen, and a control module used for controlling the alarm to perform the corresponding operation according to the pressing information. With the adoption of the method and the apparatus, the alarm can be operated through different pressing information, so that a user can very easily operate the alarm in a sleepy state and control the operation of turning on or off the alarm, re-ringing the alarm or the like.
