Оценка эффективности применения небиволола и различных схем инсулинотерапии у больных с гипогликемическими состояниями и ишемической болезнью сердца

The article provides information on the effect of beta-blocker nebivolol and various schemes of insulin therapy on the incidence of hypoglycemic states, and for coronary heart disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM-2). The survey was attended by 72 patients with DM-2 and coronary artery disease. Inclusion to the treatment regimen DM-2 and CHD betablocker binelol® does not worsen the status of carbohydrate metabolism ; does not increases the number and severity of episodes of hypoglycemia; allows to reduce the frequency and duration of ischemic episodes and the LDCs.
