ECOSISTEMA DEL EMPRENDIMIENTO EN LA UNIVERSIDAD CONTEMPORÁNEA

Las Instituciones de Educacion Superior deben garantizar la formacion de profesionales emprendedores a partir del reconocimiento de que la capacidad de emprender puede ser ensenada y desarrollada. El escenario universitario actual no va enfocado totalmente en esa linea formadora de profesionales y ello se manifiesta en la orientacion de la educacion “acerca” del emprendimiento y la empresa, en lugar de la educacion “para” el emprendimiento, por lo que raramente se focalizan en el desarrollo de habilidades y atributos propios de un emprendedor exitoso. Con el objetivo de explicar algunos posicionamientos teoricos sobre el ecosistema del emprendimiento en las universidades se desarrollo el presente estudio, concluyendose que una de las tareas primordiales de una universidad emprendedora es educar a los futuros empresarios y ensenarlos a actuar como tal. Las universidades actuales deben ser modernas donde interactuen los centros de investigacion con los profesores, con vistas a buscar soluciones a los problemas y necesidades reales del mercado y el medio ambiente. ECOSYSTEM OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE CONTEMPORARY UNIVERSITY ABSTRACT Higher Education Institutions should ensure the training of professional entrepreneurs from the recognition that the ability to undertake can be taught and developed. The current university scenario is not focused entirely on the forming line professionals and this is reflected in the orientation of education "about" entrepreneurship and enterprises, rather than education “to” entrepreneurship, so rarely focus in the development of skills and attributes of a successful entrepreneur. In order to explain some theoretical positions on the ecosystem of entrepreneurship in universities this study was conducted, concluding that one of the primary tasks of an entrepreneurial university is to educate future entrepreneurs and teach them to act as such. Current should be modern universities where research centers interact with teachers, with a view to seeking solutions to real problems and needs of the market and the environment.
