A Piezoresistive Accelerometers with High-g Value

This paper discusses piezoresistive effect of silicon, with simplified mechanical models. The structural parameters of the piezoresistive accelerometer for high-g value are designed. The process flow and layout are given, and the acceleration of prepared sample is above 8 000g.
