Analysis on nuclear and rediation monitoring at Zhuhai ports

:Objective To investigate the status of nucleus and radiation at Zhuhai ports from 2007 to 2011,and to prevent nucleus and radiation material from spread throught ports.Methods The varies detection devices such as channel and portable instrument were adopted to check theα、β、γradiation of imported people,baggage,vehicles,goods and parcel posts which import at Zhuhai ports and the results were analyzed.Results A total of 22 cases of nucleus superscalar from 2007 to 2011 were found,in which,14 cases related to people,4 cases related to parcel post and 4 cases related to goods from ships.Conclusion The study shows that it need to improved the monitoring of nucleus and radiation material at Zhuhai ports as to prevent nucleus superscalar material from import and export of our country.
