The invention discloses a sample frame conveying device which comprises a rail mechanism, a track mechanism, a rail transfer mechanism, a first sample pushing mechanism and a second sample pushing mechanism, wherein the rail mechanism comprises a sample injection rail and a return rail; the rail transfer mechanism comprises a base and a transitional slot rack slidably arranged on the base; the first sample pushing mechanism comprises a first sample pushing piece; the first sample pushing piece is positioned on the outer side of the sample injection rail and can move along the direction perpendicular to the sample injection rail; the second sample pushing mechanism is arranged on the other side of the rail mechanism relative to the first sample pushing mechanism and comprises a second sample pushing piece; the second sample pushing piece is arranged on the outer side of the return rail and can move along the direction perpendicular to the rail. The sample frame conveying device is relatively high in conveying efficiency.
