Design of Dependability of Embedded Systems for Military Training Simulator

Embedded systems have been increasingly used in the Military Training Simulator,providing the powerful technical support to improve the fidelity and dependability of MTS,for which the design of embedded systems has the same requirements as the general embedded systems,having special ones.The design requirements of embedded systems for MTS were analyzed,giving a deep research on how to achieve the high dependability in terms of the electrical component,hardware and software,and accordingly providing some practical approaches.In terms of the design of the dependability of electrical component,the types and reasons of failure were analyzed as well as the guaranteed strategies for dependability.For the hardware,the research,focusing on the dependability design of PCB in every segment,was made.For the software,lastly,the characteristics of failure,reasons and some relative strategies were illustrated.
