The invention provides a method for quickly determining the content of an intermediate index component in a qingkailing injection. The method comprises the following concrete operation steps: (1) collecting a calibration set and collecting original spectral data; (2) determining the content of the intermediate index component in the qingkailing injection; (3) building and checking a correction model; and (4) determining a new intermediate sample in the production process of the qingkailing injection on line. The determination time is greatly shortened, each sample is detected within 1min in general, and the detection accuracy is also close to that of a standard method. The method can be expected to solve the problems that traditional off-line determination at a mixing stage in the production process of the qingkailing injection is long in elapsed time, low in efficiency, lagged in detection and the like, and meanwhile, strong technical support is provided for quality improvement of the qingkailing injection and the like.
