ABSTRACT
The world is changing thanks to the science that day by day renews with various technologies that make us know everything in a matter of microns of a second, so humanity breaks the chains of ignorance thanks to knowing, knowing the new, the modern and entering a world from another dimension is why education is guided by these guidelines that humanity aims to know, know and operate these information and communication technologies applied from the classroom in each subject to improve and strengthen teachings that for Traditional and toxic methodologies delay the knowledge of the student, so this research work based on official documents as well as the bibliographic review of proposals by multiple authors who establish credibility in using a Virtual Learning Environment to reinforce mathematics and use of Web 2.0 tools in the learning of second grade students in a quantitative way va and qualitative among the results, it is mentioned that students come to observe, manipulate, understand content, develop psychomotor skills and abilities to obtain meaningful learning, and another positive result are methodological strategies for learning and teaching mathematics using digital platforms to support for the teacher who guides teaching and learning for meaningful knowledge.
