Influence of psychological intervention on curative effect of 56 patients with unstable angina pectoris combined with depression

Objective To discuss the influence on curative effect of psychological intervention on cardio-pulmonary function of 56 patients with unstable angina pectoris combined with depression. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with unstable angina pectoris combined with depression in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, control group was given conventional medical treatment, observation group was given psychological intervention based on the treatment of control group, depression improve condition and curative effect of angina pectoris of two groups were compared. Results Scores of depression self rating scale and hamilton depression rating for depression of observation group after treatment and nursing were lower than that before treatment and nursing (P 0.05), depression improve condition of observation group was better than that of control group (P 0.05); the total effect rate of angina pectoris was 91.07%, which was better than that of control group (71.43%) (P 0.01). Conclusion Effective psychological intervention used in patients with unstable angina pectoris combined with depression can improve the depressive state, and improve the heart function.
