A METHOD OF CONFIRMING THE CRUCIAL CURRENT DENSITY OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTING MAGNET USING YBCO RAPIDLY

Based on the basic principles of cartography and the critical current characteristics of the YBCO high-temperature superconducting tapes,this paper sets up a model of the hollow cylinder magnet by Ansoft Maxwell which is a software of analyzing the finite element electromagnetic field.According to the magnetic field distribution and the relationship between the critical current density of the tapes and the value and direction of the magnetic field,this paper provides the distribution of the magnetic field which affects the current characteristic of the magnet.Based on the above work,this paper puts forward a method of confirming the critical current density of the YBCO high-temperature superconducting magnet rapidly with Ansoft.
