Research of micro-electrochemical machining superalloy based on orthogonal test

Taking ECM GH4169 honeycomb ring as test background, the relationship between the paralled gap and two main processing parameters, the voltage and duty ratio is studied. Based on statistical probability and regression analysis principle, a parallel gap prediction model of ECM high-temperature alloy GH4169 is established, so micro-electrochemical machining technological rules conforming to actual production situation are obtained.
