espanolEl presente trabajo se sustenta en la necesidad de aceptar, en el ambito universitario, las diferentes maneras de interactuar con el cono-cimiento tanto por parte de los estudiantes como de los docentes.El trabajo que aqui se muestra comienza con una presentacion de los estilos de ensenanza y aprendizaje y un diagnostico sobre como se ensena y se aprende en la Facultad de Economia y Empresa-seccion Elcano.Este analisis tiene una doble finalidad. En primer lugar, orientar y ayudar a los estudiantes a ser conscientes de como aprenden, y asi pue-dan apoyarse en sus fortalezas para mejorar su proceso de aprendizaje; en segundo lugar, se pretende que los docentes sean conscientes de que sus estudiantes aprenden de formas distintas, y que analicen si los entor-nos de aprendizaje que generan se adecuan a las necesidades de sus es-tudiantes. Por ultimo, en la investigacion se propone incluir los mecanis-mos de recogida de informacion y orientacion en el plan estrategico de los centros universitarios, y conseguir la implicacion de todo el personal. EnglishThis paper is based on the need to accept the different ways of in-teracting with knowledge, both students and lecturers, at a university environment.This paper begins with a presentation of different teaching andlearning styles and a diagnosis of how the teaching and learning proc-esses are carried out at the Faculty of Economics and Business-Elcano section.The purpose of this analysis is twofold: firstly, guiding and helping students to be aware of how they learn and thus, enabling them to rely on their strengths in order to improve their learning process; secondly, teachers are expected to be aware that their students learn in different ways, and to analyze if the learning environments they generate are adapted to the needs of their students.
