VIDE를 이용한 전기자동차 부품 설계 환경 개발

In this paper, a component design environment is developed for electric vehicle(EV) using virtual integrated development environment(VIDE). The developed component design environment presents how to determine motor capacity, motor maximum speed, final reduction gear ratio and battery capacity that satisfy the target performance such as vehicle maximum velocity, acceleration performance (0-100 time), grade ability and electric vehicle range(EV range). In order to develop the component design environment on vehicle level, VIDE platform is used. It is found from simulation results that the developed component design environment is able to provide a guide to determine component design parameters which meet the target electric vehicle performance requirement.
