Active power distribution network data collection system and method suitable for layered multi-agent decision

The invention provides an active power distribution network data collection system and method. The system comprises at least one terminal-type intelligent agent arranged and deployed at an electrical terminal of an active power distribution network, and at least one hub-type intelligent agent for connecting the terminal-type intelligent agent, wherein the terminal-type intelligent agent at least comprises a series interface for connecting a low-speed narrowband device, a network interface for connecting a sensor network and an IEC104 communication protocol interface for connecting the hub-type intelligent agent; the series interface and the network interface work under a communication service framework; the hub-type intelligent agent at least comprises the IEC104 communication protocol interface for connecting the terminal-type intelligent agent, and an IEC61850 communication protocol interface; and the IEC61850 communication protocol interface is applied to other hub-type intelligent agents.
