Hawthorne experiment is the milestone in the development of west management science.It has produced active and profound influence on mankind′s various management activities.Combined with practices of governing and teaching,this article explores its inspiration to college students′ ideological and political education,which is derived from Hawthorne experiment and its manifested hypothesis of homosociality,important governing ideas: "participating in governing","informal organization" and "the theory of personal relationships".
