Novel and efficient preparation method for powder nitrile rubber

The invention provides a novel and efficient preparation method for powder nitrile rubber. The novel and efficient preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) synthesizing latex, i.e., synthesizing nitrile latex at the temperature of 25-70 DEG C; (2) adding deionized water, an anti-aging agent, a flocculating agent, a coagulating agent and a separant into the prepared nitrile latex to obtain powder nitrile rubber slurry through coagulation; and (3) feeding the powder nitrile rubber slurry to a horizontal centrifugal machine for centrifugal dehydration, and carrying out material separation to obtain the powder nitrile rubber with the water content being smaller than 1.0%. Compared with a mode of coagulation powdering that using a polymeric flocculating agent solely, a mode of compounding by adopting high molecules and low molecules with synergistic effects is adopted, so that the using amount is greatly reduced to 1/3 of the original using amount, and the cost is greatly lowered; meanwhile, the powder is thinner, and has better dispersibility and compatibility with other materials; and moreover, the content of the polymeric flocculating agent in sewage in the preparation process is reduced, the content of COD and ammonia nitrogen is reduced to one half of the original content, the treatment difficulty and cost of the sewage are effectively reduced, and the preparation method is more beneficial for environmental protection.
