Use of oxidation reaction to develop the chromatographic zones of nonvolatile compounds on a sorbent layer

A method was proposed for developing the zones in liquid chromatography on a sorbent layer by the laminar combustion of the adsorbed components to water and CO2 in an air stream and detection of the volatile products with a gas-chromatographic detector.
