Construction Organization and Management of Slab Concrete in CCTV Main Building

The construction of slab concrete in CCTV main building has many special characteristics such as short construction period,high strength,and complicated technology.The construction organization and management of this project is very difficult.In this article,authors mainly introduce the construction organization and management of ultra-thick and ultra-large slab concrete from some aspects,such as construction preparation,resource allocation,technology management,quality and safety control.
