A Study of the Current State of Technical Personnel in State-owned Coal Enterprises and Relevant Issues

To gain a better understanding of the current state of the technical personnel in state owned coal enterprises and the changes in the relevant demands and to better carry out necessary training of the personnel, an investigation has been carried out of 12 coal enterprises in 8 provinces and 5 institutions of higher learning, formerly affiliated to coal industry. The results are analyzed and studied and relevant suggestions are put forward accordingly.
