2010

Method 683 cases who had the nurse training and access qualifications were served as observer group; the other 689 non-training cases were served as control group. All subjects were measured turnout-time and salvage achievement ratio and the patients' contents. The effect of nurse training and access qualifications in the first aid was analyzed. Results By nurse training and access qualifications, the turnout-time was more quickly in observer group than that in control group; the salvage achievement ratio and the patients' contents in the observer group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion By nurse training and access qualifications, the nurses' professional technology and emergency response capacity significantly increased. Nurse training and access qualifications are critical effective factors for first aid.
