The invention relates to a preparation method of an egg shell powder-epoxidized natural rubber composite material, which comprises the following steps: preparing egg shells into <=100nm egg shell powder, adding the egg shell powder with proper amounts of coupling agent and anionic surfactant into deionized water, putting in a water bath, continuously stirring, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to prepare a nano egg shell powder water dispersion; evenly mixing the nano egg shell powder water dispersion into a milky epoxidized natural rubber latex, and meanwhile, dropwisely adding an unsaturated carboxylic acid solution and an initiating crosslinking agent to obtain the latex-state nano egg shell powder-epoxidized natural rubber composite material. The tensile strength of the cured rubber sheet of the composite material can reach 22-27 MPa, the elongation at break can reach 700-900%, and the 300% stress at definite elongation can reach 2.0-5.0 MPa. The nano egg shell powder-epoxidized natural rubber composite material can be further processed to obtain the dry-glue-state nano egg shell powder-epoxidized natural rubber composite material. The product has the advantages of light color, tear resistance, stretching resistance, favorable slip resistance, low heat generation tendency and low energy consumption for manufacturing, can be used in medical gloves, tires, rubber tubes, shoes and other epoxidized natural rubber products, and changes wastes into valuable substances.
