High-temperature insulating inorganic hole sealant for thermal spraying ceramic coating and use method of high-temperature insulating inorganic hole sealant

2015
The invention relates to a high-temperature insulating inorganic hole sealant for a thermal spraying ceramic coating and a use method of the high-temperature insulating inorganic hole sealant. The high-temperature insulating inorganic hole sealant comprises a phosphate compound, oxide grains and water, wherein the phosphate compound comprises aluminum hydrogen phosphate, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and/or aluminium orthophosphate; the oxide grains comprise aluminum oxide, silicon oxide and/or magnesium oxide; and the oxide grains account for 2-30% of the mass of the phosphate compound.
