Preventive and Treatment Effect of Baweidanshen Tea on Experimental Hyperlipidemia and Hemorheology in Rats

The model of hyperlipidemia of lipid-preventive tested sample was adopted.After being given Baweidanshen Tea in dosages of 1.5,3.0 and 6.0 g·kg-1 BWT respectively for 40 days,the contents of cholesterol(TCH),triglyceride(TG),lower density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and apolipoprotein A-I(ApoA-I),apolipoprotein B(ApoB) in serum of rats were determined by enzyme method.And hemorheology was determined with capillary method.The results show that Baweidanshen Tea could decrease the serum contents of TG,TCH,LDL-C and increase the content of HDL-C and high dosed group could significantly decreased the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity.
