Fixed-frequency direct-power PWM converter controlling method having rapid power response capability

2013
Disclosed in the invention is a fixed-frequency direct-power PWM converter controlling method having a rapid power response capability. A direct power control strategy and a space vector modulation technology are combined; and on the basis of the combination, the fixed-frequency direct-power PWM converter controlling method having the rapid power response capability is also added. According to the controlling method, a result obtained by difference processing on an active power given value and an active power actual value during the dynamic process is utilized and operation is carried out on the result and a given value of a reactive power, thereby changing the reactive power during the dynamic process; therefore, the transmission speeds of the active power at two sides of a rectifier is substantially improved; and a problem of direct-current voltage overshooting or dropping due to surplus or insufficient active power can be effectively solved. Moreover, the controlling method is designed simply; there is no need to increase extra hardware; and engineering realization can be carried out easily.
