The invention relates to a preparation method of deer placenta oligopeptides, which comprises the following steps: taking a fresh deer placenta, cleaning bloodiness, removing connective tissues, blood vessels and fat, draining the surface moisture of the placenta, and cutting the placenta into chips of which the sizes are about 1.0-1.3cm ; adding the cut placenta into 0.9% saline water of which the quality is 3 times of the quality of the cut placenta for grinding tissues, and homogenizing the tissues for 20min at a high rotation speed of 12000r/min; putting the homogenized placenta into anultrasonic crusher with the power of 200w for crushing for 3 times for 10s each time at an interval of 25s; freezing the crushed placenta at -18 DEG C, naturally unfreezing the crushed placenta at ordinary temperature after 24h, and repeatedly carrying out operation for 2 times; and putting the frozen and thawed placenta into a refrigerated centrifuge at 4 DEG C for carrying out refrigerated centrifugation for 25min at 6000r/min, taking the supernatant liquid for refrigeration and drying to obtain the powder containing deer placenta oligopeptides. The preparation method of deer placenta oligopeptides of the invention has the advantages of simple preparation method and high yield and is suitable for industrialized production.
