Ergonomické a psychosociální aspekty práce z domova
2020
Working from home has always been perceived mainly as
a benefit, a certain advantage for employees who could work part
of their working hours from the comfort and peace of their homes,
in their own rhythm, undisturbed by the hustle of offices, with no
need to travel. The employer gained more satisfied employees,
lower turnover, increased labour productivity at lower costs.
The last months of the global coronavirus epidemic have apparently
changed the view of working from home as a clear benefit forever
and moved it to the level of a tool to fight the epidemic situation and
maintain the health of employees. However, working from home
still has its legal requirements, the employer must comply with
the Labour Code and the principles of occupational health and
safety. Statistics on working from home before and during
the coronavirus crisis, ergonomic and psychosocial
recommendations for working from home are the content of this
article.
