The invention relates to a high-efficient and energy-saving type industrialized double-circulating breeding system. The breeding system consists of a breeding pond, an inner circulating system and an outer circulating system, wherein the inner circulating system and the outer circulating system are arranged on the periphery of the breeding pond, the inner circulating system comprises a gas stripping pond, a combination type gas stripping device is arranged in a gas pond, a gas stripping pond water inlet and a gas stripping pond water outlet are respectively arranged on the bottoms of the pond walls at the boundary parts of the breeding pond and the gas stripping pond, the water-out direction of the gas stripping pond water outlet is the same with the water flow direction of the breeding pond, the outer circulating system sequentially comprises a primary sedimentation pond, a secondary sedimentation pond, a mechanical filtering pond, a water collection pond, a shunting channel, a biologic filtering pond, a sand filtering pond and an infrared sterilizing and water collecting integrated pond, and the primary sedimentation pond is arranged outside the breeding pond. The breeding system has the advantages of low engineering cost, high water treatment efficiency, low energy consumption during running, low running cost, convenience in operation, low failure rate, high dissolved oxygen content in the breeding pond, capability of meeting high-density breeding and the like, and has great application and popularization prospects.
