PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL, KEPUASANKERJA, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAPORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB)(STUDI KASUS PT. KIPRAH TIGA RANCANG)

This research is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment,
job satisfaction, organizational culture to organization citizenship behavior in
PT. Kiprah Tiga Rancang. The object of this research is all employees who work
in PT. Kiprah Tiga Rancang. This research was conducted on 72 respondents by
using descriptive approach quantitative. Therefore, the data analysis used is
statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression.
The results of this study show partially and simultaneously organizational
commitment variable, job satisfaction and organizational culture have an effect on
organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of PT. Kiprah Tiga Rancang. This is
evidenced from the results of simultaneous tests (F test) and partial test results (t
test) also shows significant values of three independent variables that support the
hypothesis. Therefore the test result of this research states that there is influence
simultaneously between organizational commitment variable, job satisfaction and
organizational culture to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) PT. Kiprah
Tiga Rancang.

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional,
kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di
PT. Kiprah Tiga Rancang. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang
bekerja di PT. Kiprah Tiga Rancang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 72
responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu,
analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk regresi linier
berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial dan simultan variabel
komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh
terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) PT. Kiprah Tiga Rancang.
Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga
menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa.
Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh
secara simultan antara variabel komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja dan
budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) PT. Kiprah
Tiga Rancang.
