It is necessary for teachers to improve teaching method, study legal knowledge, strengthen their legal consciousness, operate on education according to laws, intensify legal ideology in education, and exercise teacher’s power on the basis of respecting students’ legal rights, which may decrease or stop the phenomenon of teacher’s torts ever happening again.
